With over 36 years’ experience in international management, sales and marketing in the Mobile GSM Telecoms, VAS, radio infrastructure and IT software solutions sector, I have travelled globally, living and working around the world. My roles have demonstrated career and responsibility growth achieving the position of MEA & Turkey Managing Director with Concentrix (Intervoice/Convergys), having previously held responsibilities as International Sales Director level, developing and managing Sales Teams in New Zealand, South Africa and the UAE. Throughout my career, I have consistently shown proactive personal and business growth and managed regional teams and channel partners, targets and budgets against global corporate objectives for business and revenue growth, combined with CAPEX and OPEX control and efficiency. Prior to this I started working as an individual contributor, successfully closing turnkey microwave radio backhaul and last mile network technology infrastructure projects initially from New Zealand and then based in Pretoria, South Africa from 1996 having been promoted to Regional Sales Director Following regional business diversification of Concentrix, I have recently moved into the Defence sector, representing Nortac Defence, a Canadian company, with responsibilities for Business Development activities in Tier 2/3 regions, positioning Nortac's TITAN, commercial off the shelf (COTS), satellite based communications platform, encompassing the digitalisation of the whole operating space, terrestrial, air and maritime with Beyond Line of Sight (BLOS) capability and combining Command and Control (C2), Situational Awareness (SA) and Blue Force Tracking for Armed Forces operations.
