Managing project management for accuracy on checking and updating plans designs according to codes and comparing them to the contract and site audit results (De-ration Calculations, Service upgrades and finance requirements ) making sure site audits were done accordingly to the job sold, satisfying customer, finance companies and AHJ, testing jobs already install doing virtual inspections to make sure jobs were done according to plans and finance paperwork.Scheduling sub contractors ( Re- roofing work, tree trimming, ground mount, off grid set ups etc )Creating BOS to order materials from finance companies and distributors like CED and Soligent as well direct Manufactures.Arranging final inspections with cities and customers, scheduling service calls as well being technical support for call centers, Sales department, site audit department, customer service, permit runners, installations and warehouse department to make sure jobs were counted according to what job needs.Uploading final plans, final card and hero paperwork in sales force, Smart sheets, podio so they could be submitted to appropriate destinations.
