Responsibilities :- Establishes sales objectives by creating a strategic sales plan and quota for each districts in support of national objectives.- Prepare monthly reports that provide sales figures to corporate leaders, as well as reports that forecast expected future sales. - Meets regional sales financial objectives by forecasting requirements; preparing an annual budget; scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances; initiating corrective actions.- Evaluate market trends and gather competitive information, identify trends that effect current and future growth of regional sales and profitability. - Accomplishes regional sales human resource objectives by recruiting, selecting, orienting, training, assigning, scheduling, coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees in assigned districts; communicating job expectations; planning, monitoring, appraising, and reviewing job contributions; planning and reviewing compensation actions; enforcing policies and procedures.
