Project Manager
CurrentSupporting clients, faculty, sales directors and designers in scoping out project requirements, ensuring resources are available and deadlines achievable. Responsibilities include the creation of project plans, scheduling global roll-outs, managing action/risk logs and acting as the focal point of contact throughout the project life-cycle. Experience includes: · GLOBAL SCHEDULING AND DIARY MANAGEMENT ensuring face-to-face and virtual workshops are scheduled effectively. Booking international client meetings and conference calls across multiple time-zones with extensive use of Microsoft Outlook, WebEx, Zoom, Skype and Arkadin.· COMMUNICATIONS daily interaction with clients and internal teams via email, phone and WhatsApp. Support to designers when drafting client workshop communications.· PROJECT MANAGEMENT AND ADMINISTRATION creating project plans, preparing meeting agendas, hosting weekly project calls to connect as a team, tracking actions and managing risks before they happen. Tracking delivery roll-outs in Excel and various internal databases. · TRAVEL BOOKINGS coordination of complex global travel arrangements while being mindful of client budgets and travel policies.· INBOX MANAGEMENT managing multiple client inboxes, responding directly to queries or fielding out to the team as required. · FINANCE MANAGEMENT maintaining financial trackers ensuring the finance team are clear on monthly billing and that project activity is invoiced accurately and on time.
