• Ensured a pleasant patient experience by conducting orientations explaining a patient's specific duration and session length, result expectations, safety, and risks. • Submitted & reviewed patient files with wound care physicians to explore and adjust treatment plans based on a patient’s progress, diagnosis, and medical history. • Performed and documented Transcutaneous Oximetry (TCOM) (PeriFlux 6000) on patients to justify HBOT or to validate efficacy of treatment. • Monitored active chambers (Perry Sigma 34) for correct pressure levels, depth, rate, and treatment time. Watched patients for any signs of complications or distress while in the chamber. • Performed pre-treatment and post-treatment evaluations such as taking patient blood pressure, temperature, pulse, and respiration quality. Recorded evaluations into patient charts through “Wound Expert” and “Meditech”.• Secured patient and staff safety by adhering to standard operating protocols, complying to equipment maintenance schedule, and identifying repair needs.
