Technical Consultant
Current- Review new items (problems, incidents) assigned to the application work group
- Ensure that sufficient information is available with each problem ticket to proceed with the analysis and resolution
- Triage production incidents and resolve issues as quickly as possible
- Provide technical guidance to the team members in resolving production issues
- Perform root cause analysis & identify permanent fix to problem tickets o Research Sapiens eMerge rules to determine if issue resides in the rules o Provide support when issue involves Sapien eMerge
- Develop solution/break fix, perform testing and deployment
