STEMpower Inc. was established with the core aim of promoting education in Africa through Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math (STEM) programs. The concept targets secondary and pre-university students by providing hands-on labs and engaging them towards advanced STEM study and careers. The STEM enrichment programs that we run are designed to bridge gender gaps and ethnicities, fostering peace and development within and among nations.

Plan and coordinate activities under the Comoros project “Strengthening Comoros’ Resilience Against Climate Change and Variability-Related Disasters through Education.“

I worked with the Science Department of the UNESCO Office, leading the initiative "UNESCO Green Academies.". I also acted as a focal person for science-related matters for different UNDAF working groups. In addition, I deputize the Senior Science Specialist to promote UNESCO’s mandate on natural science, including environmental affairs, renewable energies, water management, and Disaster Risk Management in Ethiopia.
