-Negotiate and close all VIP clients looking to open a business account with Jack-Handle VIP clients relationship from the day of the first demo call until the day the client made their first deposit. -Use consultative sales strategies to effectively overcome client objections and maximize sales activity within assigned territory-Follow up with clients regularly to ensure needs are being met and identify new opportunities-Work closely with BD team to ensure high quality leads generation-Keep all records in our CRM-Cement the relationship with new and existing customers including: account growth, new product adoption, and renewals, Cross-sell and Upsell-Develop a “consultant” perspective to client communications, questions, and meetings-Lead and present at regular client meetings, both in-person and over video conference-Analyze customer usage to form accurate forecasts, and to have complete visibility into renewal pipeline; identify, clearly communicate, and manage risk throughout the year through proactive touch points and take the lead in developing resolution strategies
