· Monitor Know-Your-Customer and perform due diligence procedures for new onboarding clients, requesting the KYC information, documentation, review and verification of received documentation and making an analytical risk assessment· Liaise with clients and internal stakeholders for documents/ information collection and to ensure AML/ KYC regulatory requirements are met · Work within tight deadlines to ensure timely completion of review · Perform name screening and transaction monitoring procedures using company software · Periodically evaluate existing Clients according to established policies and procedures · Investigating high risk clients and reporting where necessary, including Politically Exposed Persons, Criminality Checks and obtaining all necessary documentation to complete the Client profile · Perform further investigation on identified suspicious client and client’s transactions and report to KYC/AML compliance officer

· Perform Know-Your-Customer “KYC” documents collection for Singapore and Overseas Corporate Customer Due Diligence · Liaise with corporate clients and internal stakeholders for documents/ information collection and to ensure AML/ KYC regulatory requirements are met · Review and process FATCA/ CRS and tax related document to ensure it is in line with Bank’s and OECD’s requirement · Work within tight deadlines to ensure timely completion of review · Update and prepare weekly and management reports · General administrative and ad-hoc responsibilities
