Led and directed a team of business experts to develop and implement Inland Revenue’s new internet-based GST, PAYE, Fringe benefit tax and tax on investment income filing system. Responsible for developing relationships and liaising with Inland Revenue's senior management, their new system provider, FAST Enterprises and internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth transition for the old service to the new service.

Led and directed a team of Inland Revenue business experts to design and plan the future interactions between employers and financial institutions and Inland Revenue as part of the organisations major transfrormation change journey. Engaged with Inland Revenue leadership, people and their union representatives selling the staged multi year journey and explaining the changes to their jobs, their processes and their interactions with customers. Worked with Marketing and Communications on material for customers, and presented to their intermediaries such as tax agents and national representative bodies such as the Institute of Chartered Accountants and the Bookkeepers Association.
