My time working for Mohegan Sun in a number of roles helped me to hone my communication and interpersonal skills, and was my first employer. After leaving Mohegan Sun, I worked in an IT Help Desk role for Niktek in a hotel called Saybrook Point Inn. Being the only one working on site, it gave me time management skills, confidence in my ability to figure out creative solutions to a variety of problems, and eventually led me to Software Development, as I would end up designing a number of programs to streamline issue resolution while working for Niktek. Finally, my time at Revature honed my skills in Software Development, giving me the chance to work on multiple projects and to use Agile methodologies and peer programming to create multiple programs. Thanks to Revature, I feel confident in my ability to quickly and effectively write code for any program I may work on in the future
