Profile:• Handling snagging of the pre-opening for the upcoming hotel• Monitor daily schedule and assigning the jobs to the technicians on daily basis• Meter Reading on daily basis and sending emails• Supervise, monitoring and ensure the safety of the Technicians on-site.• Responsible for testing, troubleshooting and modifying electrical systems and devices• Carryout scheduled Preventive Maintenance and troubleshooting on equipments such as centrifugal pumps, multi-stage pumps, motor controlled valves, and various types of mechanical equipment.• Responsible for electrical systems in the facility, which will include daily troubleshooting and routine maintenance activities.• Preventive Maintenance Servicing on AC , Electrical, Plumbing and Kitchen equipments.• Inspection / replacement of worn-out bearings• Approved and disapproved any staff work schedule changes.• Completing daily and weekly staffing schedules according to expected business volumes.• Monitoring staff performance during a shift and addressing any shortcomings.• Maintaining proper record for inventory • Keeping a track record for the items received and ordered.
