Field Construction Manager for our client, Intersection, on their LinkNYC project overseeing surveying and installation of LinkNYC kiosks. Performed QA/QC inspections and provided sketch survey documents to ensure all installations were in compliance with NYC DOT & DOITT. Remediated all issues related to a halt of any kiosk installation.

Major Projects:Access - Coordinated activity across functional groups, enabling successful completion of construction projects for major NYC Telecom clients. Managed and resolved access and construction issues for contractors to perform work in commercial and residential properties. OMD - Order Management & Deployment : Scheduled construction surveys, confirmed installations of Fiber and Coax infrastructure. Desktop - Completed desktop surveys/ cost estimates for Charter/Spectrum commercial telecom installations. Special Projects: Towerstream - Completed Telecom surveys to determine the best route to connect existing Towerstream WiFi equipment to existing Charter/Spectrum equipment in Manhattan.

As the Head of the Specialty Vehicles Department, I supervised a group of 5 buyers and was responsible for the purchase and resale of over $600,000 worth of trucks & heavy equipment. I also conducted market & operations research analyses to determine the effectiveness of advertising and improve lead conversions. This included being involved in every aspect of the auction process from providing bids to our customers to releasing the vehicles for sale at auction.

As the Junior Auction Manager, I supervised a group of 10-12 people and was responsible for the purchase and resale of over $2.5 million worth of cars & trucks. I also conducted market & operations research analyses to determine the effectiveness of advertising and improve lead conversions. This included being involved in every aspect of the auction process from providing bids to our customers to releasing the vehicles for sale at auction.

I was responsible for researching, compiling and presenting data concerning potential clients, trade shows, and expos for chemical & bio-augmentation products & distributors. I would also occasionally conduct onsite visits for various project installations in the tri-state area.

This involved putting up online ads, getting referrals, assisting other agents with appointments and taking clients from appointment to appointment. Manhattan Apartments had the largest number of apartment listings in New York City prior to being purchased by AC Lawrence.

I worked the sales floor, the register and the customer service counter. I assisted customers in finding the products or tools that they needed for their cars. I also assisted them when they needed a return, exchange or special order item.
