- Ensure that all installations, testing & commissioning are performed based on CityMall standards.- Provide procedures for tenant coordination regarding interior construction/renovation.- Put in place standard procedures on the operations, maintenance and repair of all equipment.- Provides direct planning and supervision for engineering activities which include electro-mechanical equipment operation and maintenance, and engineering project management.- Implement and monitor all maintenance management directions of the Engineering Head geared towards the efficient and sustained upkeep of the property.- Monitor the implementation of the preventive maintenance program provided to all engineers for the mall’s building equipment.- Monitor the progress of repairs being implemented by the mall engineer and his or her on site technicians or qualified contractors.- Review and scrutinize all technical purchase requisition of mall engineers to ensure correct quantity and specification of materials and works to be applied.- Develop and maintain a professional relationship with vendors to achieve good pricing and immediate response to site service requirements.- Directly supervise and support the On-site maintenance team on a daily basis and train the ream to be accountable for the condition of their assigned buildings and work areas.- Ensure the accuracy and timely completion of all service reports, utility readings, and maintenance checklist and data logbooks to achieve complete maintenance documentation.- Monitor, remind and assist mall engineers in the compliance of all local government requirements and laws in relation to the operation of the mall’s machineries and equipment- Create and motivate the team to gain customer service geared towards tenant satisfaction.- Perform other work as required.

- Act as interim mall engineer for new malls already scheduled for operation until a permanent mall engineer is assigned.- Provide onsite orientation and basic training to newly hired mall engineers to standardize mall technical operations.- Temporarily reliever of on-site mall engineers during leaves or resignation until a replacement is found.- Handle Tenants’ Renovation. Inspect and monitor Tenants’ area making sure that the design / construction is within the criteria or parameters set by the management.- Coordinate and assist Tenants in all their concern during renovation making sure that construction/renovation is completed on schedule.- Implement Preventive Maintenance works on all building equipment on the - Train and supervise technicians in the operation, maintenance and repair of all building equipment and ensure that the mall is always in full operating capacity- Maintain a log of operational data and historical list of repairs for all building equipment- Implement a comprehensive conservation program to reduce material and energy cost- Provide technical assistance to mall tenants to ensure continuous business operations- Comply with all local administrative and environmental requirements and laws- Conduct and document regular material and equipment audit and ensure completeness- Ensure that the mall security and safety facilities are properly maintain and fully operational.

- Duct designing using AutoCAD program.- Conduct basic inspection of Air Handling Unit, Chilled water pipe, ducting, and exhaust analysis on different SM Malls under our company supervision.- Conduct Air Handling Unit Testing and Balancing.- Performs design load calculation for some projects using Hourly Analysis Program (HAP).- Performs analysis of an existing HVAC design to see some possible savings- Handles mechanical plan review of mall tenants for approval of their design using ASHRAE and SMACNA guidelines. - Performs Kitchen Exhaust analysis for all mall handled.- Performs duct design using Carrier duct design program. - Assists site technical works such as drawings using AutoCAD and analysis of various HVAC problems.
