CurrentServe as the main point of contact for support, campaign management and traffickingefforts.Field delivery and activation questions from the client and issue resolution as needed.(i.e. communication, troubleshooting, raising tickets)Dedicated to owning and developing strong relationships with clients at all levels.Act as the primary liaison to facilitate and execute advertising operations.Coordinate all activities required to launch advertising campaigns, includingimplementing creative, quality assurance testing and managing insertion orders.Project & manage client on boarding and implementation process including productconfiguration, partner activation, campaign launches and ad-hoc projects. Helpfacilitate change management between self and managed service.Coordinate resource management & allocation to control activities across internalteams to ensure projects are delivered on time and on budget.Understand and communicate relevant new products, features, and capabilities asthey become available and ensure successful deployment and activation with clients.Create and streamline processes and workflow
