With over 20 years of public and private sector experience on business operations, communications and policy design, I enjoy "exploring the unknown" and also people that challenge the norm. "Persistence" and "Innovation" are key drivers in my leadership style. In the public sector, I led teams to re-engineer their business processes to reduce process and service delivery by 70% with data backed solutions, innovative ideas and use of creative technologies, resulting in a two-fold increase in monies collected. In the private sector, I rallied the company to grow its revenue and doubled its enrollment during Covid-19 period.I find fulfilment in developing, nurturing and transforming strong talent, I enjoy spotting potential talents and grooming them into diamonds. I also believe in continuous learning especially in the area of digital transformation and learning under pressure, leading me to step out of my comfort zone to try new ideas and opportunities.
