Beverage Processing- Implementation of Zero waste model with creative problem solving techniques in day to day activities- Lead to win on the shop floor activities, manage and scrutinize the records associated- Production planning, scheduling and achievement - Plan equipment and manpower to ensure availability of all essential tools and tackles for the production activities.- To ensure that safe working methods and procedures are followed by all operators.- Monitor and ensure Good Manufacturing- Practice and ensure that the SAP system is updated on a real time basis.- Take care of HACCP/GMP Program, active role in the safety committee- Train and coach all staff on various SOPs, GIs, MIs drafted for the production line and activities.
