Regional Vice President
CurrentResponsible for implementing and developing sales processes and procedures for the most recent company acquisition. Managing, coaching, mentoring and training a team of 5 Enterprise Regional Directors responsible for over $9M+ of revenue across the globe. Working with our global sales team of over 200 sales representatives to train and enable them with the tools and resources needed for successful implementations and roll out of the company GTM plan. Implemented global team plan, clarified roles of members, defined rules of engagement, and introduced new processes to boost sales across departments. Working with the EC to develop company sales and marketing strategy, sales enablement roll out, and 2023 GTM plan. Work with C-level executives throughout North America Higher Education, EMEA, APAC and large corporate accounts.
