Monitor and maintain current inventory levels; track orders and investigate problems. Record purchases, maintain database using queries and other resources, perform physical and cycle count. Verify raw materials, transit and WIP inventory and reconcile actual stock count to computer-generated reports. Provide weekly and daily production reports of all departments as well as cost reports. Make inventory adjustments in system (AS400) approved by the Financial Department.

Coordinate production lines to achieve maximum efficiency and quality while maintaining operation costs efficient. Evaluate the production process continuously and provide ongoing analysis to improve the efficiency of the operations. Provide necessary support and tools to all employees in my command while ensuring a healthy and safe working environment.

Measure, weight, and count products and materials for shipping. Examine and inspect the product in order to ensure that packing specifications and quality levels are met. Create container labels using AS400 TTS System and ship orders as well.
