I am an Australian and New Zealand Patent attorney with a Chemical and Materials Engineering background (PhD level). I am also the Team Leader of the Engineering Group of Phillips Ormonde Fitzpatrick Intellectual Property. I am passionate in helping inventors at all stages and experience obtain IP protection for their new developments, particularly in the Chemical, Process and Materials Engineering space. I have extensive experience in advising, drafting, prosecuting innovations and new developments in process technology, chemical engineering, materials science, metallurgy, metallic and mineral processing, mining processes, nanotechnology, and clean technology.I provide strategic advice and assistance in obtaining registered protection for innovations and developments in a wide range of engineering and materials technologies. I take a keen interest in the developments of my client’s technologies and their broader IP and commercialization strategy.My clients range from individuals, SME’s through to research organisations and institutions.
