This role has two facets to it. Responsible for the scheduling the critical delivery of petroleum products on behalf on the client; Philips 66. This is for the JET brand of forecourt with circa 300 sites throughout the UK. Products include White Oil, LPG Wholesale and Ethanol grade fuels. The second aspect of the role is to provide dedicated account management to the client and franchisees. Responsibilities include, management of customer tank levels, management of Bramhall ‘Slops’ level; critical in order to keep fuel movement around the UK. Upselling in order to better manage the client’s annual budget and reducing stock of obsolescent fuel types, as well as providing all aspects of relationship management.Key Achievements:-Achieving sales of £564,000 for LPG in a single month, including bringing 4 new sites online.-Managing customer tank levels and calculate the required volumes and configuration to load the tankers where I achieved a 98.17% average transit load capacity. This maximises the profit per delivery, target is 95%, where I’m exceeding by over 3%.-Monitoring Bramhall ‘slops’ levels and ensure they do not reach critical levels in line with KPIs, where I broke industry records by reducing the slops level to just 800,000 litres. Target is 2 million litres so an over-achievement of 1.2 million litres.-Gaining recognition from the UK LPG Trade Association Control for LPG demand, where in 2018 I was the only LPG provider in the UK that had no grade-outs for Propane and Butane.-In 2018 I was the only scheduler to not receive an official complaint, despite severe weather and terminal disruption.-Communicating with clients and contractors to ensure deliveries are within the service level agreement (SLA), where I’m in the top 1% from an agent stats perspective.

This critical role ensured that circa 300 forecourts would remain serviceable to the general public in providing petroleum products. This role required exceptional planning and crisis management skills. Responding to delivery challenges caused by driver or vehicle unavailability, through to responding to freak weather occurrences which resulted in flooding of particular areas of the UK.Key Achievements:-Rescheduled entire next day routing after severe weather resulted in no deliveries being made during the evening resulting in minimal impact to the original schedule due to swift action taken-Kept the North East of the UK from depleting their stocks of unleaded where I arranged for an urgent shipment of Ethanol to be re-direct to processing terminal avoiding a national fuel crisis.-Managed and point of contact for a near-spill during shift. Lead the operation which involved both the Police and Territorial Army.
