When I joined Artemis, I came in on entry level with a basic knowledge of operations. With my backgroundin client services, I was hired as a subject matter expert in client services for the transfer agency (TA) partof the team. This included but was not limited to overseeing the outsourced business who handled ourclient services. I started at SS&C as a Senior Associate within the Client Services Voice department. Although when I started at SS&C I had no experience of stocks and shares and how investments operate, I was able to gain the knowledge to excel at my role and within a year of being at the business I was promoted to Team Leader, fortunately for the same team.This brought new challenges and responsibilities, as well as the opportunities to develop new ideas to keep an effective team engaged and working towards targets both for the business and personal development.
