Together with producer and entrepreneur Dane Reiley our company creates content for any genre and for every screen. We're currently producing and creating products in interactive, digital, premium docs, podcasts, feature films, as well as scripted and unscripted series.

Worked with the whole development team to reboot Ice Road Truckers... lost my luggage in -2 degrees... ate caribou for the first time. Also producing projects my company brought in, coming to the marketplace real soon.

2014 – 2018: I created a bridge between New Wave’s strength, comedy, and prime-time series television. I developed buzz-worthy television with iconic celebrities such as Kevin Hart, Craig Ferguson, Zac Efron, and Anthony Anderson for networks that needed to push the envelope in their programming. After succeeding in selling comedy series, I expanded into other genres and formats, such as documentary specials, reality, and docu-series. I also managed and built new relationships with television and digital channels that did not previously exist with New Wave, and sold five series to these channels.

I came on board Levity Entertainment Group to manage development for their production company (Triage Productions), their talent management division (Levity Management), and their branding company. I led an entire team of development producers, coordinators, and assistants, and supervised every aspect of my projects from pitch to season-one. I expanded a company predominantly known for their food formats with their first series on SyFy and TLC. I also developed several series for digital platforms with iconic consumer brands Kingsford, Tropicana, and Purina.

Hired to launch and run Rive Gauche's development department and to coordinate the studio's international co-production and acquisitions ventures. Credits include Discovery Networks "The Jones File," "Saw For Hire" and "Pit Bulls and Parolees," CMT's "Wedding Day Disasters," and Spike TV's "Pirate Hunters." A self-starter position initiating and managing relationships with broadcast, cable, and digital buyers. Responsible for creating and managing relationships with top production companies for the purpose of development deals, overall deals, and acquisitions of their libraries.

Launched and operate development for the boutique production company with the purpose of expanding business, increasing brand awareness and generating revenue.Brought in to create and commence the development department and within a year developed two pilots, a ½ comedy and over 22 projects in various stages of development.Oversight of the sale and development of all MMP's docu-series and reality shows including "Fear Files: Zombies" and "UFO Road Trip" for the History Channel and "Gadget's Electric Garage" for Discovery/TLC.Oversight of all projects on development the slate including the securing of right, shopping agreements, drafting of treatments and production of spec pilots.

Consultant on the hit animated series "The Avatar". Oversaw and supervised the cultural integrity of the show. Make sure the philosophy, language, religion, sketches, animation, marital arts are accurate or credible.Gave notes on all scripts, sketches, and rough cuts.Submit and pitch writers, talent, and story ideas.Handle special projects in marketing and promotions pertaining to this show.

Managed new and existing projects for the in-house studio that serviced USA Network and The Sci-fi channel. Part of a team that restructured a production services company into a full fledge studio that implemented pitches and sold projects to both networks. Development executive on 22 projects including the hit series, "Battlestar Galatica" and "Eureeka." Brought A-list writers, directors, producers and talent including; The sequel to "16 Candles"), and "D.C. Sniper: 23 Days of Fear". Report directly to the president, Angela Mancuso, on all matters relating to production, programming and development.

Part of the team that turned a 20 million household channel into the top 5 premium cable network it is today. Defined and branded the network with original programming that's hard-hitting and provocative.Developed 2 comedy scripts, 35 drama scripts, and 42 movie scripts.Oversaw the development and season one of the hit series, "The Shield".Developed the pilot script that became "Playmakers" on ESPN.Oversaw the development and production of the movies: "The Sight", "A Glimpse of Hell", "Sins of the Father", and "Big Shot".
