• Designed main Printer Control Boards for business class inkjet printers. Worked entire development cycle including definition, detailed design, overseas prototype builds, testing, debug, regulatory qualification and manufacturing intro.• Verilog coding and testing of Digital ASIC blocks to process pixel data for Color Space Conversion, Half Toning, Data Clipping and other functions.• Designed Power Distribution System for complex PCAs containing multiple ASICs and requiring various voltages.• Designed Motion Control hardware for multiple DC and stepper motors, solenoids and clutches. Implemented sensor networks using encoders, opto and Hall Effect sensors, op-amps, comparators and discrete circuits.

Architected and designed PCAs for new ultrasound machine.• Designed PCA for low noise processing of 128 channels of transducer signals.• Designed video processing, system monitoring and backplane PCAs.
