Em is a the Founder of Eb + Flo Digital, a Web Designer, Digital Marketer and Aussie Digital Nomad. Creating Eb + Flo Digital in 2020, she specialises in building custom websites, design and digital marketing strategies for purpose driven small-medium businesses, social enterprises charities and startups.She's worked in a range of senior marketing roles for companies including ANZ Stadium, Bankwest Stadium, Talent International, Mozo and JobAdder and has previously also worked for Apple and Myer. An advocate for mental health awareness, she spends a considerable amount of time volunteering and working with charities, not for profits and enterprises to break the stigma and raise awareness around this important cause. She has a strong creative and technical background and holds a Bachelor of Communications (Digital Media) from Swinburne University, and Master of Communications (Media) from Deakin University.
