• Responsible for handling designing and deliveries of large and complex projects with multi-million dollar revenue impact.• Manage and monitor Program development all projects for effective execution & deliveries and reporting to executive management on regular basis.• Manage and monitor the solution architecting and strategic consulting activities.• Drive and participate in architecture blueprint activities, roadmaps, produce presentations and provide advice to higher management on different technical aspects for needed business solutions.• Moderating Technical Procurement processes, RFx preparation, vendor solution evaluation and Techno-commercial negotiations.• Provide cross project supervision/governance for design activities, ensuring high quality standards, and provide input/advise for procurement costs – particularly efforts needed for services related quotations.• Attend reviews of all key deliverables and provide recommendations to ensure timely sign off, both internally and externally.• Leading and promoting the culture of adoption of IT standard frameworks, methodologies to sync business requirements, delivery, and change management to meet given business objectives.

• Participate/collaborate with strategic/fundamental planning in identifying to-be business capabilities, as well as take tactical initiatives to uplift current capabilities - based on technology evolution, trend and foreseeable demand - to enrich customer experience.• Responsible for managing RFx – RFP, RFI – for an identified/needed new business capability, reviewing/commenting/optimizing/finalizing technical solution proposals, scoping, advising procurement department on cost/efforts et al for commercial negotiation, and finally responsible for E2E technical delivery aspect of the business capability. • Responsible for analyzing business requirements from business stakeholders and providing consultancy witho Elaborate/enrich/question/discuss business scenarios.o Produce detail requirements specifications & Sign off with the requestor.o Identify and validate common ground based on given business requirements adjustments and reusing available business capability.• Lead, manage and monitor/govern to ensure application integration best practices/SOA is followed, and data model integrity is kept intact by using agreed/standard extension patterns. • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to align every new solution component fit together with existing components in achieving the business objectives.• Manage operation support for any commercial application having design related issues provide emergency design correction and permanent resolution.

- Ensure all incoming requests from Marketing and other business units for new service ideas are catered on time reducing time to market. - Planning, coordination and management of VAS, IT based or any other technical projects which are requested by Marketing and/or STC High Management.- Technical consultant to design, plan & implement new VAS service solutions. - Provide expert opinion for optimization of VAS services implemented over various Platforms. - Assign services, projects and feasibility studies to Design team ensuring quality and optimization of resources.- Evaluate design and integration for new VAS services (evaluation to commercial launch). - Provides support for application readiness and operation.- Provides support for the exposed capabilities.- Co-ordinates with vendors during design, implementation and support.- Supports marketing in launching new products, services, campaigns & promotions.- Assists in enhancing the business and operations processes.- Contribute to Business and Enterprise Architecture.
