• Reports in direct line to General Manager in Baku and in dotted line to Group Marketing Manager in Istanbul• Leads the team of 8 people (3 Product Management, 1 Digital Channel Management, 1 Media and PR Management, 1 Graphic Designer, 1 Trade Marketing Management and 1 Merchandising Management)• Determines annual & long term strategies, develops comprehensive marketing plans and leads the implementations in the field • Manages marketing activities such as portfolio management, category/brand strategies, (re)positioning, 360 degrees of integrated marketing campaigns, PR, media and sponsorship projects, field activities and promotions to achieve results as defined in strategic marketing plan• Manages trade marketing activities such as retail concept development, transformation and shopper communication• Develops new product ideas, creates launch plans and leads the implementations in executional excellence• Monitors business performance through tracking the sales turnover, profitability, market share, brand awareness and other related figures of his responsibility, ensures reporting and takes required actions• Manages market research process, analyzes and monitors financial, technological, and demographic factors so that market opportunities are capitalized on and the effects of competitive activity are minimized• Manages relationships with other functional departments and external parties such as agencies, press, sponsored business partners etc.• Prepares and manages department budget, follows up the costs, determines the deviation between the planned and realized budgets• Provides a periodical alignment with marketing teams in Istanbul/Turkey and Athens/Greece and shares/learns the best practices • Develop marketing team through continuous feedbacks and coaching

• Rakı is the biggest category, Tekirdağ Rakısı is the second biggest brand of all Diageo-Mey portfolio • Leading the team of 3 people (1 Brand Manager, 1 Ass. Brand Manager and 1 Intern) to manage the entire Tekirdağ Rakısı product portfolio from strategic planning to tactical activity implementation• Responsible of the sales, volume share, P&L and CAAP targets of the brand • Preparing the annual brand marketing plan & budget and executing the roll out plan with executional excellence in the field to reach sales and volume share targets through using internal and external resources effectively• Coordinating all third parties (advertising/event/media planning/design/PR/digital/guerilla marketing, market research, shopper marketing agencies) and other cross-functional departments to provide solutions for brand’s needs• Developing new business projects through conducting market researches to understand the consumer needs, analyzing competitors, identifying opportunities & threats and leading consequent NPD projects• Managing sales volume of each pack size in each channel with correct pricing strategy to sustain profitability• Supervising budget management process and reporting it to upper management periodically• Monitoring brand KPIs regularly and taking necessary actions when necessary• Designing and executing consumer and trade promotionswith project teams
