A new generation AI powered recruitment platform.

As founder of the company I’m responsible for introducing our services to customers, dealing with RFPs, managing customer requirements, expectations and satisfaction as we own that business and treating their problems as our own. I’m also involved in almost all projects with hands-on experience and knowledge to make sure we are delivering the best possible solution and service to our customers.

In my role at Alaric Securities, I led key aspects of the platform's development and operation. This included designing the platform's architecture and framework and microservices, managing stakeholder expectations including coordination with multiple vendors for multiple projects, and optimizing infrastructure with Equinix and Multi-Edge Hybrid Cloud Architecture. I also developed a high-performance real-time communication platform, along with other software components and provided coaching and training to team members, ensuring their skill growth and project success.Alaric Trading Platform (Fintech) We have developed an end-to-end trading platform which includes but not limited to; Market Data Streaming, News Streaming, Order Management System, Middle Office, CRM, Algorithmic Trading Platform, etc.

Aruea were acquiring many companies every quarter and we had to modernize their software products, migrate them to cloud and containerize to save cost drastically, but it was hard and error prone process to done it manually. We have developed an automation to automate most of the process and saved cost even further, and reduced the errors by reducing the requirement of human factor. I didn't only manage the project(~$1m budget), but also worked as technical/product owner, So I had already experienced the process as Chief Software Architect.

We have managed to modernize and containerize many legacy products for the acquired companies by Aurea. We were not familiar with those products and it was very challenging from multiple aspects but nevertheless, we hacked our way out to make them work...
