- Recruit, onboard, train, mentor, and empower emerging professionals to excel as top-tier outbound/inbound Business Development Representatives (BDRs) and sales experts.- Spearhead the pilot programs and refine operational processes across multiple teams to seize new business opportunities and enhance pipeline development. - Collaborate daily with Sales, Marketing, and Executive leadership to shape and execute Go-To-Market (GTM) strategies, streamline organizational workflows, and foster a cohesive team culture. - Deliver actionable insights through performance and market trend analytics, fostering a high-performance environment and robust team ethos. Implement proven inbound and outbound prospecting methodologies through comprehensive organization-wide training initiatives. - Define compensation structures, quota targets, and Rules of Engagement (ROE) guidelines in alignment with company objectives. - Demonstrate proficiency in managing and motivating both onsite and remote teams, providing coaching and support to drive collaboration and ensure effective Total Addressable Market (TAM) execution. - Assume responsibility for North America BDR teams, overseeing inbound/outbound execution, facilitating upselling/cross-selling initiatives, nurturing inbound team growth, shaping channel and ISV strategies, and driving global pipeline objectives.- Following the establishment of the global Commercial team, transitioned back to North America at the request of executive leadership with a focus on amplifying pipeline generation in the largest revenue-generating market while supporting a transition to vertical focus. - Tasked with aligning efforts towards achieving business growth goals, with a business target revenue of $1 billion.
