Shatterproof is a national organization dedicated to ending the devastation addiction causes families. Responsible for recruiting sponsors, community partners, teams and individuals to walk/run or volunteer in our Rise Up Against Addiction 5K.

Part of the marketing and philanthropy team, which raises $2 million of Goodwill’s $33 million annual operating budget. • Raised $2 million over five years through management of three annual fundraising initiatives: - Good Party – Major annual fundraiser with an average attendance of 275 guests - $1.3 million raised - Running for Great Kids – Road race program, including Boston Marathon and Falmouth Road Race with over 100 runners, raising funds for programs for at-risk youth - $400K raised - In-store cause marketing program – Two campaigns at Goodwill’s network of 10 stores in eastern and central Massachusetts - $300K raised• Manage relationships with professional sports teams for exclusive events: - New England Patriots – Thanksgiving in a Basket distributes 220 baskets filled with Thanksgiving dinner essentials to program participants. - Boston Celtics – Clothing drive program with Jared Sullinger which collected 16,000 pounds over four years.• Grew “Put Your Clothes to Work” drive by increasing participation of major corporations by 60%, collecting over 100,000 pounds of business attire to be used in program serving 500 job seekers annually.• Coordinate volunteer programs, including: - Holiday events – manage 125 community leaders and corporate volunteers to execute annual Thanks-for-Giving dinner, serving 300 program participants, and Youth Holiday Party, serving 250 kids. - Job training programs – organize corporate volunteer groups for mock interviews and other program-related opportunities.• Created and lead Young Professionals Committee to engage 21-35 year old supporters in volunteer opportunities and event support.• Coordinator of Events & Special Projects to Events Manager – 10/2011 to 8/2014
