I am a graduate from Santa Clara University School of Law, who recently was admitted to The State Bar of California. I focused my legal education on corporate law and start-up counseling. At my current position, I have assisted in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial and technology contracts. I have also assisted in drafting employment and independent contractor agreements. I highly value building and maintaining strong relationships. I find that a positive rapport helps facilitate a collaborative, honest, and efficient work environment.I am currently seeking a challenging position to build my legal repertoire in transactional law/ corporate law and look forward to becoming a part of a team. My entrepreneurial spirit, analytical skills, and ability to balance "big picture" ideas with the steps to bring them to fruition will make me a valuable asset to any team, law firm, or corporate environment.
