This remarkable 11th-storey development stands as a testament to our unwavering commitment to design excellence.Key Achievements:- Ensured meticulous design verification and compliance with both regulatory authorities and company design standards.- Led a comprehensive scope of work, from initial design reviews to proposing innovative solutions and alternatives.- Maintained effective communication channels with internal teams, external consultants, and clients to achieve project goals.- Oversaw the entire design process, ensuring adherence to budgetary and timeline constraints.- Utilized market research insights to enhance project designs and proposed alternative solutions for maximum impact.- Prepared detailed architectural drawings and construction specifications, contributing to the seamless execution of the project.- Provided critical design and quality control support to construction management teams, ensuring project success.- Actively involved in the preparation of sales information documents to facilitate efficient project marketing.Collaboration and Communication:- Collaborated closely with existing staff members, managers, supervisors, and clients, fostering a collaborative environment.- Successfully liaised with external consultants, offering support and direction throughout the design and construction phases.- Played a pivotal role in the success of the project, contributing valuable insights and expertise during technical and progress meetings.

- Managed the finishes for the 'Eleftheria Square' project by Zaha Hadid Architects, overseeing 35,300.00m² landscape & and 7,175.00m² interior spaces.- Directed the completion of shop drawings and installation of marble finishes for water fountains, including edgy-curved shapes, cascades, tops, and handrails (~2.5 km) using advanced Robotic Machines.- Researched and implemented innovative anti-graffiti, and anti-staining protection materials for constructions made of white fair face concrete and marble.- Oversaw the financial aspects of the project, including expense claims and budget adherence.- Participated in technical and progress meetings with consultants and the Municipality’s Technical Department.In July 2020, served as Head of the Design Department for the €550 million 'City of Dreams Mediterranean,' overseeing detailed design elements for the Main Mass Gaming and VIP areas, incorporating metal, marble, glass, lighting, wallcoverings, frames, ceilings, and floors.

As a key member of the EP Architects team in Nicosia, Cyprus, we collectively steered a significant project – a Spa Hotel in Sotira, Cyprus. This comprehensive mixed-tourism development, backed by a €50 million investment from the Jimchang Group, comprised a hotel with 250 luxurious rooms, a multi-storey building housing 31 opulent apartments, and 10 detached villas along the seafront.Our collaborative architectural approach seamlessly integrated the landscape, incorporating curved forms and a perforated parametrical designed curved facade. The scope of our work extended to securing building permissions, devising architectural solutions, refining construction details, and sourcing materials – a collective effort crucial to the success of the project.Simultaneously, our team engaged in the International competition for Nicosia’s Archaeological Museum, showcasing our combined creativity and expertise. Additionally, we collectively designed three distinct villas, diversifying our portfolio and exemplifying our commitment to excellence in every architectural endeavor.
