About Ebru F. Uçan

I am an ambitious, creative and hardworking Dutch/Turkish research consultant who has worked in the government sector since 2014 and is active as a freelancer since 2010. After completing my BA on project & event management majoring in Mandarin Chinese and China studies, I have also enjoyed working in various commercial companies in The Netherlands and Turkey.After being based in The Netherlands, Turkey and China, I decided to be present in Ethiopia and work on several projects related to Sino-Ethiopian relations. For this reason, I studied Amharic (Ethiopian language) at Beijing Foreign Studies University in China to assist in my researches in Ethiopia.Since 2018 I conducted extensive field research on topics related to corruption, impact of the presence of Chinese companies and community, and other relevant projects. Besides cooperating with the Dutch, Chinese and Ethiopian government, I am also active in projects surrounding the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) adopted by the United Nations (UN).Have any interesting proposals for cooperation?
