Permanent Military Representation to the African Union

The PMR AU is based at the Embassy of the Kingdom of the Netherlands in Addis Ababa. Next to reports on the activities in the Peace & Security domain of the AU, bilateral activities in the countries of accreditation consisting of Ethiopia, Djibouti, Sudan, South Sudan and South Africa will also be shared. The PMR AU team is led by Colonel René Marchal, the Defense Attaché accredited to Ethiopia, Djibouti, Sudan, South Sudan and South Africa. Fellow team members located in Addis Ababa are Ebru F. Uçan and Desalegn Dagnew and Lt (N) Roan Dijkstra supports the team from Pretoria, South Africa.
