As Head of Integrations & Security at ELEMENTS, my primary goal is to help our customers create the workflows of their dreams, fitting even more innovative, secure tools and revolutionary integrations with other vendors.With my focus on IT security, I continuously strive to further strengthen IT security within the ELEMENTS ecosystem, and help our clients attain ultimate creative freedom while protecting intellectual property and personal data.I have been in media & entertainment for almost 30 years, and recently left a position as Group Head of IT & security for M2 Film (16 years). Here I was originally working with editing, motion graphics, VFX + compositing, while managing all IT systems - and designing the entire internal infrastructure from the ground up, as the company grew from 5 to 350 people world-wide.And later, since 2012, 100% focused on managing IT & IT-security, with a hands-on approach to being proactively involved in even low level challenges, ensuring a strong and secure environment, that has kept M2 and their clients safe from attacks, breaches, malware and any loss of data + intellectual property.Also user & customer satisfaction within IT services has always been rated best in class.To further strengthen my IT-security knowledge and competences, I certified as CISSP (Certified Information Systems Security Professional) + C|EH (Certified Ethical Hacker). Way back, I was pursuing a career in electronics and computing, and that's where I founded my deep technical roots, ranging from electronics on component level to software and complex infrastructure / security.I guess I have always been the company Swiss army knife of technology. This is my passion and I am only comfortable when I truly understand the inner dynamics of things.Also my old passion for mathematics and systematics still help me understand cryptographic principles, business market mechanisms and always staying on a budget.Besides my work at ELEMENTS, I am IT-Security Specialist & Co-founder for Cystotech ApS - a recent medico startup developing tools providing AI-based support for treatment decision in bladder cancerI am a happy smiling guy and try to get the best out of life.
