I first met ELEMENTS at IBC in Amsterdam in 2015 and immediately admired and appreciated the brand, the team and the product. Providing AI based support for treatment decision in bladder cancer.Cystotech Is an ISO 13485 certified AI MedTech company working in the field of Urology to transform the future of bladder cancer treatment. We are developing applications for use during cystoscopy of the bladder and are focused on better diagnostics performance and the use of less invasive approaches to treatment for the benefit of patients and healthcare costs.

In the recent client landscape, more clients are working directly with M2 Animation in Bangkok and M2 Entertainment in Los Angeles. This places a higher demand on IT Security alignment and collaboration between the different locations and towards global clients and unified workflows. To proactively position the M2 Group as an even stronger partner for enterprise clients, when it comes to ensuring a high level of IT-Security and transparency, I was inducted Group Head of IT & Security in May 2020.My main tasks and objectives remain the same as previously, while now having the global responsibility for IT-Security with consistent protocols and procedures across the different companies.

During this period the IT-landscape really evolved at M2 Film and clients growing requirements for IT-security was a natural consequence of new emerging threads and increased focus on IT-security and awareness globally.To further strengthen my knowledge and competences, I became a CISSP (Certified Information Systems Security Professional) + C|EH (Certified Ethical Hacker). My primary achievements as Head of IT has been ensuring an agile and high security environment in the creative world of film production at a very low cost, by leveraging open source, custom scripts and new & creative approaches to IT design & systems architecture.Also our user & customer satisfaction within IT services has always been rated best in class.

Creating motion graphics and doing VFX + compositing on TV commercials, B2B campaigns and creative content for all platforms.Besides my work with VFX + Compositing, I was managing all IT systems and designing the entire internal infrastructure from the ground up. During this period, M2 Film was several times awarded “Børsen Gazelle Company” - a fast growing company that doubles it’s turnover during a four year period. This also required us to hire more and more staff, increasing demand for IT-personnel and higher IT-security standards. This encouraged me to accept the offer to become “Head of IT & Security” in 2012, already coming from a technical background.
