Implemented a comprehensive email drip campaigns resulting in an increase of 33% more applications than last year. Developed new student orientation format and communication plan in 2017 resulting in a 25% increase of new student attendees. Managed all recruitment related external outreach working in partnership with alumni, career services, and the dean’s office to build relationships with corporations, affinity groups (Women’s Health Leadership Trust, United Health Group, Twin Cities Business Journal), and colleges to increase pipeline for potential students for all of the Opus College of Business programs. Cultivated and stewarded relationships at Twin Cities networking events with corporations, sponsors, and affinity groups, and individuals.
