I am currently working with an authorized installer for Home Depot. I set up appointments with prospective kitchen and whole home generator customers, do measurements, site verifications, discuss installation quotes, and be on site if necessary and help resolve any issues which may arise.Originating at the customer level, am skilled in adapting communication with many different kinds of personalities. As I progressed at AFFINA and HGS in program coordinator and administrator rolls, I have gained added knowledge on both the administration and operations side of Customer Service/Call Center, as well as Consumer Electronics. Have thoroughly enjoyed acting as a conduit between the call center and consumer electronics industries, learning technical information and being able to restructure that to communicate clearly to end-users and professionals alike. I have taken on the additional responsibilities of direct reports, maintaining relationships and provided coaching and feedback.
