During my time with the residential college I have had training in many different areas within the hall. I am a trained waitress to which I have had to deal with many different types of customers; I have worked with mobility impaired, hearing impaired, sight impairment and many other diagnostics. Throughout this job roll I have also done dishwashing duties, had environmental health training and helped with food preparation. I have knowledge of labelling food products and stock rotation as well as keeping stock refilled. Also I have been trained as a trusted housekeeper, tidying the customers’ bedrooms and cleaning the bathrooms. I have cleaned conference rooms, offices and the entrance hall as well as working under pressure for when Knuston has had a complete turn around of rooms.
