**Academic and Career Coach in a multicultural environmentI have worked with people most of the time during my professional career. As a university professor or a personal & professional career coach, I have oriented people from different academic and social levels to find meaning in their lives and consequently boost their dreams. As I have a wide academic and professional experience with people from everywhere in the world I lived such as England, Belgium, New Zealand, and now Canada since 2019, I have developed a multicultural worldview and, therefore, I have helped people, basically newcomers, starting their lives in another country and be successful. As I was once been a newcomer in all the countries I mentioned above, I know how to direct people from different cultures, educational and religious levels, nationalities, etc., to achieve their dreams and reach excellence in all aspects of their lives.** Behavioral Sciences Professional As a human behavior professional, I have always been curious to know why some people act in a certain way and not another. I've always wondered why some people choose the most difficult paths in life and not the most practical ones for themselves, according to their talents, available time, and knowledge. In searching for reaching the heart of this issue, I discovered that the vast majority of failure in the lives of countless people was related to a lack of knowledge of themselves as a person. As a vast majority developed a wrong (distorted) opinion about themselves, therefore, miss always the target in life was the natural consequence. It is not possible to hit the target when somebody doesn't know exactly where you look. Therefore, I developed skills to help people know themselves correctly, position themselves in the right way, aim at their targets, and believe reaching always the target depends on personal and technical skills.**Life skills coordinator at the ANCMy duties are to settle and integrate immigrants, and to empower them with the skills, knowledge, and information necessary to become independent, contributing members of the community and country.
