Working as part of a two person IT team, this job was a jack of all trades endeavor that involved maintaining hardware, software, and network infrastructure across 3 locations for hundreds of employees. Just a few of the responsibilities in this varied role included: Updating and modifying images and code for the Bob Brown websites, maintaining a mixture of active directory and group policy elements to keep user structure neat and effective, and handling any and all hardware or software troubleshooting. Bob Brown's environment had many smaller roles I needed to adapt towards on the fly; such as VOIP Phone support, dealer management systems, and network management.
