- Work on Software AG components Integration server, Designer, Universal Messaging, JDBCAdapters, and Schedulers.- Handling incidents during the operation and integration phase- Debug webMethods flows and implement changes to fix its dugs.- Work with SOAP and REST APIs.- Work with Kibana for Logs extraction to troubleshoot issues.- Use Grafana to Monitor the Middleware servers.- Administrate and monitor Middleware Servers handling issues and check Application side issues usingrestarting and check server logs and configurations and install new instances of web-methodsApplications.- Deploy projects through WmDeployer.- Use bash script to implement scripts to speed up some actions and to monitor the system.

- Attend Managers and Directors daily meeting to track our projects and operational issues.- Proposing new solutions for production issues to solution architecture team.- Provide reports to analysis daily/monthlyissuesto theCIO regarding the support system.- Transfer the knowledge to First Line teams.- Validate and solve quality global issues that assigned from Business owners.

Duties and responsibilities:- - Track issues on Integration System (EAI), all charging systems (SDP, Air, and PCRF), USSD&PE discovering issues root cause and contact the Second line to solve them.- Assist customer service to build knowledge to solve issues.- Solve assigned Tickets for the supported systems within SLA.
