Responsible for all the accounts payable for all branches. Preparing daily cash position report for Finance Manager Booking of local purchases to inventory & Reconciling of suppliers accounts Verifying the monthly U$D rate transactions & implementing the reevaluation entries Serving and responding to auditors requests during the annual closing Taking cyclical inventory , clearance of advance & checking the suppliers prices Develop the acc. policies & procedures and ensure its implantation with compliance with local laws & rules. Review & approve the monthly financial statements according to IFRS. Cash Flow report preparation Prepare the monthly financial analysis reports and actual results vs. budget report. Fixed asset register & Monthly depreciation calculations Handling the responsibilities of closing the L/C to inventory Preparing periodical financial statements Dealing with formal organizations and authorities ( Taxation , Insurance , ....etc) Fixed Assets calculations (Lose / Gain) Checking H.O & warehouses expenses and petty cash Timely payments to vendors and affiliates Open dual communication channels with all departments, clarifying and highlighting the status against departmental budget Supporting The Budgeting and Financial analysis Department Leading the team & the subordinates with the objective of providing solid financial support to the top management. Salary tax and social insurance calculation
