- Design, definition, communication and worldwide implementation of international mobility guidelines and processes- Employment contracts for all international Managing Directors - Yearly planning, co-ordination and implementation of all Group trainings (national and international) incl. budget responsibility- Development and implementation of new training and development - Providing employees and leaders support regarding all personal development issues- Special project: Build up Polish subsidiary and US subsidiary from scratch (recruiting of all local employees, employment contracts, define and implement company policies and guidelines, define salary and benefits levels, develop specific Training and Development curriculum and content, define Year end employee performance review processes and content as well as active participation as member of the HR board, Terminations set up rules and processes)
