- Identified and Sourced a Ground Up 50 Unit Multi-Family Development site in the Valley area of Los Angeles. The site was a hidden and undervalued opportunity which was zoned for a specialized type of non-residential usage. I helped perform the Market and Feasibility Analysis for the project. The site was Analyzed, Re-Zoned, Designed and Broke Ground in Mid-October 2013. - Performed Research on Operational Challenges which Netted in over $1 Million in Savings on a proposed project that was implemented in 2010.- Helped implement a Green Building Retrofit and Certification Program which earned a 16 story Office High-Rise U.S. Energy Star Certification (in the Top 95%) and worked to get that building Pre-Qualified for LEED-EB Silver qualifications.- Worked with the head of our construction department to supervise tenant improvement construction projects and obtain building permits from local municipalities throughout Los Angeles.- Conducted a feasibility analysis, organized and presented the bidding of 120kw solar panels for Century City high rise. The project qualified for Federal, State and local utility tax credits and incentives for existing green buildings.- Acted as Assistant Fire and Emergency Safety Response Coordinator for a 16 Story Office Building in Los Angeles
