I am an analyst at Q10 Westcap, a full service commercial mortgage bank currently servicing more than 230 loans and $1.1 billion in outstanding balances. In this role, I perform financial/cash flow analysis of income-producing commercial properties. I am responsible for the collection and interpretation of financial statements and balance sheets, and for conducting site visits to generate property assessment reports. Before joining Westcap, I worked for BAAR Realty Advisors, where I would assist in the valuation of various commercial property types through on-site inspections, market research, and analysis. I handled the valuation of a wide variety of commercial property types including multi-family, retail, office, and industrial throughout the Southern California area. I am passionate about my field, my performance, and always strive to learn more and improve myself. While I enjoy all aspects of my work, I think my favorite part is working together and connecting with other real estate professionals.
