Mentor Programme Coordinator for Hope for the Young, a charity that works with young people that are seeking asylum or have refugee status. Passionate about volunteering and social action, it was this passion that led me to undertake my degree in Human Rights and Social Justice (Ba with Honours), graduating in 2022. I have several years of voluntary experience, internationally and locally, mostly with refugees, asylum seekers and people crossing borders, but also with vulnerable people and those experiencing homelessness. I spent over 10 years in hospitality, events, retail and other customer service roles before deciding to undergo my undergraduate degree.
