Actively working on freelancing and crowd-testing platforms such as Test IO, uTest, and Upwork where mainly focused on exploratory, regression, validating user stories and User Acceptance Testing with major experiences and responsibilities represented in:• Static Testing - Requirements Review• Prepare test cases to cover all the documented requirements.• Execute test cases and report any bugs or defects.• Execution of smoke, maintenance and regression test.• Get test cases reviewed by the TL and add any edits or requirements.• Perform and review user stories the submit detailed report with results.• Creation of bug report as per platform standard using Jira or the standard sheet

• Deliver, install, and test different engineering design applications and printing systems.• Following up problems and doing the regular maintenance and needed updates to ensure the best performance of the whole machines and software systems. • Maintain the best performance and stability of the customer environment and ensure customer satisfaction.

I worked on adjusting network configuration to cast over the whole departments in the hospital. Configuring network domain and IPs of different devices and monitoring different issues occurred in LAN, PACS, LDM and different medical care systems.In addition to giving primary support for all failures in the biomedical systems while organize the required support from the outsourcing maintenance supervisors.
