• Assist AGM on MVNO operations activities by scheduling and assigning work, determining processes for post operations activities from Marketing ops, Product ops, Finance ops, Sales ops etc, checking quality of work, answering questions, and monitoring workflow to ensure smooth and timely completion of activities. • Assists AGM with management of daily operations of the cooperative. • Create analytical report modules using PowerBi: Management report, Product & marketing report, Finance report, Sales report, consumer report etc. • Assist Product & Marketing team on data analysis. • Work with outsource CS vendor to define post launch CS channel related to inquiry support & compensation support with SLA • Handles Customer port in/out request• Work closely with MVNE. • Performs all other ad-hoc duties as assigned by AGM/GM
