Dave also lectures at the University of Illinois at Chicago College of Urban Planning and Public Affairs (#29 of 269) in the Department of Public Policy, Management, and Analytics teaching Policy Development & Process & Policy Analysis III.Previously: Adjunct Associate Professor, La Follette School of Public Affairs at the University of Wisconsin-Madison; Clinical Assistant Professor of Environmental Management & Public Administration, Stuart School of Business, Illinois Institute of Technology; & Chair of the Leadership & Policy Studies degree program in the School of Public Service at DePaul University. More recently, he has lectured and consulted with government agencies on environmental and energy issues as well as designed online policy and social science courses and tests. Serves on the Board of Friends of WOTR and as co-founder (1 of many) of the Climate Action Museum of Chicago.
