Ontario Line South: Construction AQMP. Air Quality Scientist. As a sub-consultant to Matrix Solutions Inc., Welburn Consulting provides construction air quality services to Ontario Transit Group, the consortium building Ontario Line South, spanning Exhibition Place to the Don Lands. I have recently joined this project team to conduct the analysis and modelling for the seven site-specific sections in the Construction Air Quality Management Plan. For each stage of construction at each site, I review the construction plans, QAs the source and emissions inventories, and conducts the AERMOD dispersion modelling for each site and stage. When necessary, I develop mitigation scenarios for consideration by the client. I assist in writing the site-specific reports for review by the lead engineer. In addition, review and interprets the air quality monitoring data for each site.

- Leading and managing a team of junior researchers in conducting historical review to identify Areas of Potential Environmental Concern (APECs) in rivers and channels and the fate of pollutants in such areas.
